Summer 2000
Homestay & Activity Plan for Emi and Meg

Emi and Meg are good friends who live in Nagasaki. They applied for one month homestay together this summer. They requested to stay at different homes so that they would be more independent. So, we placed them at two host families and made many fun plans and tours. Host families and friends were invited for the beach trip (BBQ at a beach in the evening), Japanese cooking (dinner served) and farewell party. The farewell party was fun and exciting, as well as very sad. It's very hard to say good-bye after sharing a good time. This is the plan for Emi & Meg, as you can see, there are many activities!
We make plans in advance, so that the host families don't need to worry about their activity plans once they arrive. Host families don't have to take their guests to many places. We have a tour operator who can provide the transportations for scheduled activities.

October 2000
Sachiko's Plan (5 nights)

Sachiko is from Fukushima. She is married and an office worker. She has a very short vacation. She stayed with her host family for just 5 nights. She enjoyed a lot of shopping, sightseeing, etc. She was a little nervous that she might be too old to do homestay. However, she really enjoyed her stay very much and she is now planning to come back with her husband next time!
